By using the SPNTN platform, its WordPress plugins, or any related services, you agree to these terms.

Services
SPNTN provides the following tools and services:

Blockchain Ticketing — NFT event ticketing on Polygon
Wallet Login — crypto wallet authentication for WordPress
Token Membership — token-gated content via blockchain NFTs
NFT SaaS — gasless NFT marketplace for WordPress

All services are provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

API Keys & Accounts
API keys are issued free of charge
You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
Do not share your API key publicly
We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms

Fees
The platform charges a 3% fee on all on-chain transactions (ticket sales, NFT mints, membership purchases)
This fee is collected automatically via smart contract — no manual billing
The remaining 97% goes directly to the creator's wallet
Plugin downloads and API key issuance are free

Blockchain & Smart Contracts
On-chain transactions are irreversible by nature — we cannot reverse or refund completed transactions
You are solely responsible for the wallet address you provide for receiving earnings
SPNTN does not custody any funds; all payments flow directly through smart contracts

Content
You are responsible for any content (artwork, event details, membership descriptions) you publish through our plugins
Do not use our services to sell counterfeit, infringing, or illegal content
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation

Limitation of Liability
SPNTN is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses
Smart contract bugs or network failures
Third-party service outages (Railway, Pinata, Polygon, Cloudflare)
Any indirect or consequential damages

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
